The latest addition to our product line is our bee pollen. Pollen is mean't to be added in small quantities (approx.1 tbs) to smoothies, oatmeal, yogurt, protein shakes, salads, ect. Bee pollen contains over 250 nutrients (most daily vitamins contain less than 30). These nutrients make bee pollen useful for reducing inflammation, reducing stress, strengthening the immune system, and naturally providing an antioxident rich topping to foods to help create overall body and mind heath.
